At the Lorna Leighton School of Dancing it is our view that not only does uniform look smart but it is essential to ensure that all of our students are wearing suitable attire which is specifically for the purpose of dance.

The recommended uniform is:

GIRLS
  • Black sleeveless leotard with school badge.
  • White tights.
  • White tap shoes.
  • White jazz or ballet shoes.
  • White belt.
  • Baton (over 5's)
BOYS
  • White T-shirt.
  • Black shorts or jazz pants.
  • Black tap shoes
  • Black ballet or jazz shoes

(please note black jazz pants can be worn to class, however white tights will be required for examinations)

MAKING LIFE EASIER

The school offers a savings club in which small amounts can be deposited weekly and used for any of the dance schools events.

DANCEWEAR

A wide selection of dancewear can be purchased through the school at competitive prices. A second hand scheme is also available.
